Queen By Nature sanctuary space

    The Sanctuary
    Behind the Name

Where rest becomes ritual and care becomes culture.

Queen By Nature Wellness is a sanctuary for women to rest, soften, and reconnect through womb-centered care, nervous system restoration, and intentional pause.

A Soft Place to Return To

Queen By Nature Wellness was created from the understanding that many women are carrying far more than they were ever meant to hold alone.

Modern womanhood often asks women to remain emotionally available, productive, nurturing, resilient, and endlessly "strong" while quietly navigating nervous system exhaustion, relational stress, burnout, grief, disconnection, and chronic self-abandonment.

We believe rest is not a luxury. Softness is not weakness. And emotional safety is part of wellness.

Through womb-centered care, restorative rituals, intentional pause, and sacred community, Queen By Nature offers spaces where women can soften, reconnect, and return to themselves with greater care, balance, and wholeness.

How This Space Came to Be

Queen By Nature began as a clear vision—that women deserve care spaces designed with the same intention and elevation they bring to every other area of their lives.

The womb spa was the first expression. A place where warmth, steam, and stillness create the conditions for restoration. Ritual, not reaction.

The doula practice grew alongside it—because transitions deserve continuity. Fertility, birth, postpartum, loss, surgery, and the passages that come with time.

Today, Queen By Nature is both hidden gem and cultural landmark. A sanctuary for women who recognize quality—and a model for what care can become.

    The Values That Guide Us

    Presence Over Performance

We approach care as presence, not production. No agenda. No rush. Just the steady attention your body deserves.

    Sacred Pacing

Restoration cannot be rushed. We honor your timing, your rhythm, your readiness. This is care at the pace of the body.

    Continuity of Care

We stay through the arc. Follow-up is built in. Care that extends beyond the appointment is the standard, not the exception.

    Cultural Grounding

Our practices are rooted in ancestral wisdom, designed for modern women who know their worth and expect their care to reflect it.

    Chandra Aiesha

    Restorative Care Practitioner

Chandra brings over 22 years of clinical nursing experience across private-duty, concierge, hospice, and surgical aftercare, which deeply informs her approach to hospitality, recovery, and supportive care.

She is expanding into doula offerings through recent full-spectrum doula training, alongside her work as a Sacred Woman Initiate and the Founder of Queen By Nature Wellness, where she designs womb-centered wellness experiences that integrate clinical insight with culturally grounded, restorative practices.

One of the deepest anchors in Chandra's life is her son, Jeremiah, a creative and dynamic young man whose journey continues to shape her understanding of care, legacy, and love. Motherhood has deepened the way she holds space for women, families, and transitional seasons, bringing presence, patience, and intention into the work she offers through Queen By Nature Wellness.

Her work is rooted in the belief that care should extend beyond clinical settings into environments that support rest, nervous system regulation, and long-term well-being. She creates experiences and spaces where individuals are supported with dignity, continuity, and thoughtful care.

Wellness Vacay Retreats emerged as an extension of this vision, offering curated experiences that blend wellness, cultural immersion, and elevated lifestyle.

Her aesthetic sensibility — Afro-Balinese inspired, earth-toned, and intentionally designed — flows across her work, shaping environments that feel both restorative and refined.

Her approach reflects a care model that honors both structure and softness, bridging clinical understanding with lived experience.

How We Work Beyond the Sanctuary

Queen By Nature Wellness extends beyond the physical space into partnerships, programs, and community-based care models.

We collaborate with organizations, healthcare systems, and aligned partners to design wellness programs, support recovery journeys, and create environments where care continues beyond clinical settings.

    This includes:

    • Postpartum and recovery support models
    • Wellness program development
    • Practitioner collaboration and referral ecosystems
    • Retreat and experience design
    • Community-centered care initiatives

    More Than a Practice

Queen By Nature is not just a sanctuary for clients. It is a space where practitioners are also held. Where doulas can rest. Where the ecosystem of care extends beyond the individual appointment.

We partner with hospitals, birth centers, and community organizations. We train. We mentor. We build infrastructure for the kind of care that should exist everywhere.
