These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and any related offerings. Description of Services

Queen By Nature provides holistic wellness services including, but not limited to:

• Womb spa treatments and yoni steaming sessions
• Full-spectrum doula care (prenatal, birth, and postpartum support)
• Infrared sauna therapy
• Red-light therapy
• Sound frequency healing sessions
• Wellness retreats and workshops
• Womb yoga and movement classes
• Private and group wellness experiences

Our services are designed to support your wellness journey and are not intended to replace medical care, diagnosis, or treatment from licensed healthcare providers.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you are booking services on behalf of another adult, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

Health Disclaimer and Informed Consent

Queen By Nature provides wellness and supportive care services. We are not a medical facility, and our services do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our practitioners are trained wellness professionals and/or certified doulas, not licensed medical providers (unless specifically noted).

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will provide accurate and complete health information during intake and consultations
• You will inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancies, or contraindications that may affect your ability to safely receive services
• You have consulted with your healthcare provider before engaging in wellness services, especially if you are pregnant, postpartum, have a medical condition, or are taking medications
• You understand that results vary and no specific outcomes are guaranteed
• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the services you receive
• You will notify your practitioner immediately if you experience any discomfort during a session

Doula Services Specific Terms

Our doula services provide emotional, physical, and informational support during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. Please understand that:

• Doulas are not medical professionals and do not perform clinical tasks, make medical decisions, or provide medical advice
• Doula support is complementary to, not a replacement for, medical care from your healthcare provider
• Birth outcomes cannot be guaranteed, and the role of the doula is to provide continuous support regardless of how your birth unfolds
• Doula services are subject to separate service agreements that outline specific terms, fees, and scope of support
• On-call availability for birth doula services is subject to the terms specified in your individual doula contract

Booking and Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled through our website, by phone, or through other designated booking methods.

Scheduling

• All appointments are subject to availability
• A valid form of payment may be required to secure your booking
• You agree to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment: Full refund or credit toward future services
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment: 50% cancellation fee applies
• No-shows without prior notice: Full service fee will be charged
• We understand emergencies happen; please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule

Late Arrivals

• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other scheduled appointments
• Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may be treated as a no-show at our discretion

Payment Terms

All fees for services are due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified on our website.

Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect services already booked and paid for. Package deals and promotional offers are subject to their own specific terms and conditions.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed according to our cancellation policy outlined above. Package purchases and gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferable. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days to discuss your concerns. We are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to find a resolution.

Code of Conduct

Queen By Nature is a sacred space dedicated to healing, wellness, and community. By using our services, you agree to:

• Treat all practitioners, staff, and other clients with respect and courtesy
• Maintain appropriate hygiene before and during services
• Refrain from using alcohol or recreational drugs before your appointment
• Honor the confidentiality and privacy of other clients
• Follow all facility rules and practitioner instructions
• Provide honest feedback and communicate openly about your comfort and needs

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone who violates this code of conduct, engages in inappropriate behavior, or creates an unsafe environment for others.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of Queen By Nature or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or use any content from our website without our prior written consent. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted for informational purposes only.

Photography and Testimonials

We may request permission to photograph or record sessions, events, or retreats for promotional purposes. Your participation is voluntary, and you may decline without affecting your access to services. If you provide a testimonial or review, you grant us permission to use your feedback (with your first name only, unless you consent to full name disclosure) for marketing purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Queen By Nature, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Queen By Nature, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

Dispute Resolution

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Queen By Nature.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements (such as doula contracts), constitute the entire agreement between you and Queen By Nature regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
